No life change ever starts without a crisis. For some it’s losing their job. For others it’s something huge at home. For me, it was a combination of both. In late October, I had a meeting with my boss. She had been silently watching me for the past couple months. She’d seen me knocking certain areas of my role out of the park but saw other areas that were slacking. At the same time, she had seen my passions for doing things outside of work begin to rise. As she watched me, she had a crisis. How does she do the things she’s tasked with while putting me in a position that best fits what is awakening in me?
